Use a subtractive channel and opening to form a cable-retaining clip.

How this model works
The cable axis runs along Y. A horizontal cylinder removes the channel, and a rectangular cutter opens its top. A positive wall remains around the lower arc and joins the mounting foot. The gap is narrower than the cable diameter; whether it flexes safely depends on material and print orientation, so test fit on a small sample rather than forcing a cable into a brittle part.
